Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to the website of Midori Auto Detailing LLC. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.
The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by Midori Auto Detailing LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.
If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.
Terms and Conditions
This agreement for services between the reader (hereafter referred to as “client”) and Midori Auto Detailing LLC (hereafter referred to as “Company”) is made and entered into upon the acknowledgment of reading this agreement on the booking form.
The above-mentioned parties hereby agree to the following terms:

As a mobile detailing service, the client is expected to have the following: access to their vehicles with ample room for the company to perform its services, access to electricity, permission to be on the premises if you are not the owner of the property, a safe location to perform the services, and safe conditions to perform the services. If these conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to reschedule the service to a later date and time that works for both parties. In addition, this rescheduling is subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

The client is responsible for making sure that any cars that need to leave during the service are positioned to leave without interrupting the service being performed by the company.

The client must provide at least a twenty-four-hour notice for rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a $50 rescheduling fee.

The client has a twenty-four-hour period after the initial scheduling to cancel their appointment. Cancelations made after this period are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the cost of chosen service(s).

The company has the right to amend and/or change the time or date of the booking with the client’s compliance.

It is the responsibility of the client to remove all personal belongings from the areas in which the company is to perform its services.

The company is not responsible for any lost or damaged possessions during the detail.

It is known that cleaning a vehicle may remove dirt or dust that was previously covering scratches or other forms of paint defects. This being the case, the company will take all the necessary precautions but is not responsible for any paint defects that may be found after the detail.

All payments will be made on the day of the service. Payments can be made by cash, check, credit/debit cards, or through an invoice sent via email. Failure to pay in full on the same day may result in late fees

The company reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to the condition, type of vehicle, and location of the vehicle.

The company reserves the right to amend the price in accordance with any and all circumstantial conditions.

These may be but are not limited to: Stains, excessive dirt, excessive debris, long distance of travel, size of the vehicle, etc.

It is up to the discretion of the company to determine these conditions.

The company reserves the right to refuse, deny or halt any service if we deem the customer unreasonable. Furthermore, the client may be charged for causing an inconvenience to the company. The fee may be charged as much as 50% of the services if no service is performed, and up to 100% of the amount of the cost of the service, plus any external conditions. This fee will be sent via invoice. Failure to pay may result in legal action.

Our vehicle service times are only an estimate. Each vehicle is different and is subject to different conditions, which may differ from the original estimated time of completion.

If the vehicle must be moved, or the service is to be performed at an external location (i.e., the client has their vehicle parked at their place of work and either the client or the company deems the location unsafe, not ideal, etc. to perform the work) it is agreed that by reading of this document; the company is not responsible for any damages incurred while in the possession of the company.

The company may request to take photos of the vehicle before, during, and after the service. The company will only take photos with permission from the client.
